Nerd HQ is a 501c3 nonprofit focused on revolutionizing the mental health and wellness landscape by providing a means to free therapy for those who can’t afford it. Therapy (and mental health services in general) is fortunately becoming increasingly destigmatized in society, but the financial barrier to receiving those services still remains. Nerd HQ is determined to help overcome that financial barrier for anyone who needs it. Thanks to our new partnership with TimelyCare, Nerd HQ is now providing access to free mental health services, including therapy, to those who can’t afford it. Nerd HQ was founded by actor Zachary Levi after experiencing his own mental health crisis and becoming a mental health advocate.
